Follow the following stepssdf
1. Download the pushbullet apps from playstore on your phone and install.
2. Sign up with your email or facebook account and allow all the permissions.
3. Now open pushbullet.com on your laptop or click here.
4. Sign in with the same account from which you have sign up as in step 2.
5. You will see the following as seen in this image.click on the sms texting to see all your message.
6. You can also add extension to chrome or firefox or can download software for the windows.To do that click on devices and on add device and choose either you want to add on chrome or firefox.
